Would you believe the roof on our storefront was fastened with birds' nests? Well, almost. While redesigning the old fruit market’s façade, we
discovered several pieces of 'organic roof insulation.' The nests and
birds were safely relocated, and the family couldn’t stop chirping about
the improvement!

Gewurztraminer 2010
First planted in our vineyard in 1992, with additional plantings in 2004, Gewurztraminer has always been successful. Consider it a heritage grape of sorts, for us.
Tasting Notes (4/14/11)
A compelling, spice-dominated Gewurztraminer. The nose is loaded with ginger, creamed honey, roses, and subtle lychee; the palate expands on these flavours with light sweetness, viscous mouthfeel, and low acidity. Garlic-chicken, ginger-marinated beef, quiche, and washed rind cheeses would set a proper tone when dining with this wine.
