$14.95 - Semi-Dry (1) - 750mL
Bronze Medal: Finger Lakes International Wine Competition 2011
Bronze Medal: Canadian Wine Awards 2010
Riesling's triumphs in Niagara continue. Extremely fresh notes of lime, blossoms, lemon, clementine, oranges and mineral dance on the nose while a medium-bodied palate delivers high acid and layered flavours of green apple, candies and grapefruit. Ideally suited for Asian noodle dishes, grilled bass, sizzling German sausage or soft cheeses.

$13.95 - Semi-Sweet (2) - 750mL
Bronze Medal: Finger Lakes International Wine Competition 2010
Gewurztraminer and Riesling join like two star-cross'd lovers in our lively white.  Voluptuous floral notes dance with flares of citrus tang that will rouse the romance within you.  Love's labour waits to be found here, pure, patient, unspoilt... and hopefully unspillt.
2009 Vidal VQA
$12.95 - Semi-Sweet (3) - 750mL
Our best-selling white wine is always a hit, with an approachable sweetness and light structure.  Bright flavours of peach, tropical citrus and lime make for an exceptional Riesling alternative.  Delicious with spicy stir fry, and extra satisfying with hot Buffalo wings!
2009 Unoaked Chardonnay | Recipes
$9.95 - Dry (0) - 750mL
Bronze Medal: Finger Lakes International Wine Competition 2010
Crafting a tasteful Chardonnay means listening to the grapes, and this crop told us an unoaked model would please everyone. Look for hints of apple, pear and tropical citrus. Serve with King Crab and sparkling dinner conversation.
2009 Angelina's Reserve Chardonnay | More Details
$19.95 - Dry (0) - 750mL
88 points, Rick VanSickle, Wines In Niagara
Demonstrating great power, our premium barrel-fermented Chardonnay is a showpiece.  Extra-fresh, fruity and judiciously contoured, expect essences of lemon and peaches conjoined with roasted nut and butter.  Pair with soft white cheeses like Brie de Meaux or Brillat-Savarin, and dine confidently with chicken-gorgonzola.
Rose Wine

2009 Rose-Vidal VQA
$13.95 - Sweet (5) - 750mL

Liking pink wines is nothing to blush about! Raspberry, watermelon and cotton candy flavours mingle in the glass like Billy Crystal at the Oscars' after-party. Modeled after White Zinfandel - can you taste the difference?
Red Wine

2009 Cabernet Franc VQA | More Details
Bronze: Canadian Wine Awards 2011
$16.95 - Dry (0) - 750mL
Niagara red done right. Aromas of cinnamon stick, sour cherries, sweet oak, mint, vanilla and macaroons segue into a medium-bodied, lively palate with tannins that are firm but fair. Pair with herb-encrusted lamb, hearty stews, beef burgers and braised short ribs.

2009 Merlot VQA | Recipes | More Details
$16.95 - Dry (0) - 750mL
A young Merlot ready to shine with healthy aromas of violets, spice, plums, blackberries and anise. Its well-balanced, medium-bodied palate boasts soft tannins, cedar and raspberry jam. Pair with New York strip, lasagne or enjoy on its own - this red isn't fussy.
2009 Cabernet Sauvignon VQA | More Details
$16.95 - Dry (0) - 750mL
American oak barrel-aging contributes to this red's refined elegance. Smoke, black pepper, mint and currant excite the nose. A medium-bodied palate evokes menthol, eucalyptus, plums and vanilla. Approachable with filet mignon, cassoulet, venison stew or sharp cheese.

2008 Salvatore's Reserve Cabernet VQA | More Details
Library Wine - $29.95 - Dry (0) - 750mL
5/5 stars - Vic Harradine, WineCurrent.com
The first multi-varietal edition of Salvatore's Reserve: an approachable blend of 2/3 Cabernet Franc and 1/3 Cabernet Sauvignon.  The nose generously gives many oak-derived qualities - gentle vanilla, mocha, and smoke - but also ripe blackberries and menthol.  Its medium-full, moderately acidic palate favours most of the aromatic qualities, but with some spiced meats, semi-sweet chocolate, and sour cherry.  A classic match for peppercorn-roasted beef, rack of lamb with mint, or cassoulet. (1 bottle per person purchase limit, 6 bottles per person purchase limit for Bud Club Members)
2009 Fontana Dolce VQA | More Details | Recipes
$14.95 - Semi-Sweet (3) - 750mL
We know some people "only drink white wines," but this here should be an exception.  The Dolce converts many to red wine; enough for a cult following.  The refreshing blend recalls blueberries, cherry candies and blackberries.  Terrific with pizza or made into Sangria. As the first of three releases of our new Fontana Series - wines for everyone - this wine has an especially distinct character.

Dessert Wine

2009 Special Select Late Harvest Riesling VQA
$27.95 - Sweet (12) - 375mL
| More Details
Youthfully bright, no ill can befall this devilishly delicious drink. Redolent of canned pineapple, pink-grapefruit, nectarine and peach pit, its sweet fruit is well-balanced by Riesling's natural acidity.  A fantastic foil to bleu cheese and a fresh fruit platter.
2009 Riesling Icewine VQA | More Details | Icewine Information Brochure
$54.95 - Sweet (21) - 375mL
Gold Medal: Finger Lakes International Wine Competition 2011
Bronze Medal: Intervin Wine Awards 2010
5/5 stars: Susan Desjardins, WineCurrent.com
4.5/5 Stars: Rick VanSickle, St. Catharines Standard
Icewine's German origins point toward the Riesling grape.  Few can challenge its quality.  Produced in limited amounts, our first Riesling Icewine possesses all the sweet, concentrated fruit we crave while walking a tightrope of refreshing acidity to prevent the palate from cloying with sugar. Classic dessert wine pairings are encouraged: bleu or strong/firm cheese, dark chocolate, and seared foie gras.
2010 Vidal Icewine VQA | More Details | Recipes | Icewine Information Brochure
$29.95 - Very Sweet (26) - 200mL
Gold Medal: Finger Lakes International Wine Competition 2010
Hand-picked and pressed at about -10 degrees Celsius (14 Fahrenheit), winter helped produce a dessert wine of power and verve.  The ultra-rich palate is loaded with caramel and honeyed fruits of apricot and mango.  Truly, this is "Liquid Gold."

2010 Vidal Icewine VQA | Recipes | Icewine Information Brochure
$44.95 - Very Sweet (21) - 375mL
Bronze Medal: Finger Lakes International Wine Competition 2011
Hand-picked and pressed at about -10 degrees Celsius (14 Fahrenheit), winter produced a dessert wine of power and verve.  Aromas of honey, blood orange, banana chip, spice and candied fruits scratch the surface of this intense drink.  Tarte tatin, foie gras, or apple crisp would serve as fine partners to our "Liquid Gold."

Bronze Medal: Intervin Wine Awards 2010

4/5 Stars: Rick VanSickle, St. Catharines Standard
A sweet, luscious knockout from naturally frozen Cabernet Franc (81%) and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes (19%).  Strawberry and cherry preserves are supported by notes of pistachio and nectarine.  Heavenly with strawberry-mint tarts.
