2 bottles of Riverview CellarsFontana Dolce 2 cups orange juice 1/2 cup rum 1/4 cup Triple Sec 1 tablespoon brandy 1 orange 1/2 small cantaloupe melon 2 clusters of grapes 1 cup Perrier or sparkling water
1. Peel orange; separate and split orange slices in half. To a similar size as the orange slices, cut melon. Split grapes individually in half, removing seeds if necessary.
2. Pour the two bottles of wine into a large serving bowl. Add orange juice, sparkling water and liquors listed above, stirring lightly.
3. Add fruit to bowl, stirring lightly to mix up fruit.
4. Let sit for 30 minutes in refrigerator to chill. You may add ice later to lighten drink if necessary.
