Amazing wines! I’ve never had a bad experience... at this winery. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It’s a very welcoming environment. The hospitality is wonderful! The aroma and body of their wines compare favourably to wines that are triple the price. Can’t recommend this winery enough! It’s fantastic! And their wine club is definitely the way to go to be able to try a wide variety of wines.read more

Me and my wife visited the winery in October of... 2020. The barrel 81 is a very good tasting cab sav and cab franc. And for the price at $149 a case it is a steal. I recommend everyone to try that wine. one of the best tasting wines in that region. 👍read more

Great winery and love the Rose! Visited a few... weeks ago while in Niagara on the Lake. I had a glass of the Rose at dinner at the "Old Winery" and had to go the next day to Riverview to purchase...love it! We weren't able to do a tour because it was last minute. I prefer the sweeter wines like Moscato but the River View Rose is my new favourite! Regret not buying more bottles when I was there to bring home, but delighted to find it on-sale online with free shipping! If you like sweeter wines, this is a must try!read more

We attended a tasting at Riverview on Monday... September 28th @ 11:30. Riverview requires reservations for tastings, which I thought all required but apparently not so. We arrived, waited just a few moments for the staff member to assist us with the selection of wines to try. She was extremely knowledgeable and we were pleased with the information provided. We took our tasting glasses (4 different wines, we shared) out to the patio, which was lovely. It was a beautiful early fall day! Two of the four wines were exactly what we were looking for so bought 6 bottles (tasting fee deducted from the tab). Based on the experience, we will be back!read more

This winery was the highlight of my day in... Niagara. We had a great tour and discussion with our tour guide. The cheese platter with our tastings was wonderful and having our wines and cheese platter on their porch was just beautiful. It actually rained most of the time we were on the porch, but that sound and sitting and watching the rain over the vineyard really just made the experience that much more special and memorable. LOVED the Gewurtzraminer, absolutely my favourite wine of the day. Bought some wine and wine jelly to bring a touch of the experience home with me. :)read more

Absolute pleasure to attend the traditional tour.... Georgina has provided for a well-rounded and thorough introduction and discussion of the Riverview Winery. beautiful location, and great varieties, with attention to cleanliness and quality customer care. We had a toddler and he enjoyed his time as well. Variety of wine at different qualities/types and prices to suits different palates and budgets.read more

I highly recommend the Structured Tasting at... Riverview Cellars. We visited 3 wineries in NOTL and the experience we had a Riverview was by far the best experience and the reason for that was because of Georgina. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as she guided us through our tasting. I would recommend requesting her for your tasting as it will definitely enhance the experience.read more

I would highly recommend this smaller winery. My... friends and I took one of their traditional tours and tastings and had a great experience. The tour was informative and interesting and the man leading the tour was very amiable and knowledgeable. The wines we tasted were really good. Made for a great experience.read more

Had the loveliest time at this winery with my... sisters! Love that they sell such delicious wines, but also cute jams and gifts. We had the nicest server, I can't remember her name, but she had dark hair. She was so patient and kind! She even took pictures of my sisters and I, inside and outside. She really went above and beyond. Such a good tasting!!read more

We visited Riverview Cellars earlier this week. ... It is a family owned winery and the staff are so friendly. Even the owner came out of his home to say good morning to us. We did the winery tour and it included three tastings from their menu. The tour itself was very informative and interesting. The wines were definitely high quality. The sauvignon blanc was the best I have tasted it was better than a lot of imports I have purchased. We walked back to the winery to purchase some wines and sparking cans of wine when were heading home. Thank you Riverview Cellars for an interesting tour and your great wines.read more

It was wonderful experience! Great staff and... great wine tasting tour. I really love their Bianco, which is fruity flavourful riesling. Gammy Neavou (I think..?) was wonderful for light red during summer as well. Mostly all good but those 2 are my choices for this summertime! Definitely recommend for pairing with tour! I learn to appreciate a lot more when I drink wine. I will be back for more wine!!!read more

Went here for my bachelorette party and had such... a wonderful time. Much more relaxed atmosphere than lots of the other wineries around this area and the owner was so kind and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!read more

Riverview Cellars was the first stop on our... Niagara Getaways wine tour and hands-down the best stop. The staff was able to make our visit feel special and entertaining. The ladies there were knowledgeable and friendly providing us with a memorable tasting in a beautiful atmosphere. This is a must stop on a tour to taste the most unique wines from a family with a rich history in the Niagara Parkway.read more
