We are happy to offer four different experiences for you and your group to choose from, such as our Structured Tasting, Traditional Tour, Winemaker’s Premium Tasting and the Vineyard Experience (*seasonally). Please read over the details and choose which experience  best fits your needs.

Structured Tasting ($15 per Person)

We recommend this option for smaller groups of active wine-drinkers looking to sample a variety of our premium wines, or for small groups looking for an intimate and educational wine experience. Please complete the Tock form at least one day in advance to guarantee availability.

The structured tasting includes:

  • Flight of (4)Four premium wines selected by our in-house experts.
  • Features a brief lesson on proper sampling technique, basic wine pairings and other wine discussion.
  • $15 per guest;
    • Discount applied with a minimum bottle purchase of $60 or more. Please enquire after tasting for details.
  • Cheeseboards may be added to your tasting at the time of booking. Please choose the desired cheeseboard. Please notify us of any allergies in the customer notes at checkout.
    • Classic Cheeseboard ($20.95+tax) includes assorted cheeses, crackers and wine jelly. Charcuterie available (Add $2). Serves 2.
    • Gourmet Cheeseboard ($29.95+) includes assorted gourmet cheeses, dried fruit, dark chocolate, crackers and wine jelly. Charcuterie available (Add $2). Serves 2.

Winemaker’s Premium Tasting ($65 per Person)

Only available by appointment Monday-Friday. Maximum group size of 6 people. Not available September – November.

Enjoy an immersive, private and premium tasting with Winemaker Nick Salvatore as you explore the terroir of the Niagara River. Taste one-on-one through a curated selection of exclusive wines including (but not limited to) back vintages, barrel samples and experimental wines alongside some of our more premium offerings.

This experience includes:

  • Wine tastings in premium crystal glassware
  • $15 credit towards same-day bottle purchases
  • Cheese and charcuterie to pair
  • Insightful tasting notes for each available wine

Traditional Tour & Tasting

($25 per Person)

The Traditional Tour is great for families, couples and friends looking for a relaxed look at Niagara’s wine industry. It’s a great way to learn the basics about our family, farm and winery.

The traditional tour includes:

  • Flight of (4)Four premium wines selected by our in-house experts.
  • 20-30 minute tour of our vineyard and winery by knowledgeable staff
  • Accommodates 1-50 guests; please enquire for details.
  • Features a custom tasting session for smaller groups, or structured tasting of four table wines.
  • Cheeseboards may be added to your tasting at the time of booking. Please choose the desired cheeseboard. Please notify us of any allergies in the customer notes at checkout.
    • Classic Cheeseboard ($20.95+) includes assorted cheeses, crackers and wine jelly. Charcuterie available (Add $2). Serves 2.
    • Gourmet Cheeseboard ($29.95+) includes assorted gourmet cheeses, dried fruit, dark chocolate, crackers and wine jelly. Charcuterie available (Add $2). Serves 2.

Vineyard Experience ($12 per person)

Enjoy a 4oz glass of any of our premium wine selections in a take home GoVino glass while exploring our vineyards at your leisure.

 

25th ANNIVERSARY PARTY TICKETS

We’re raising a glass to 25 wonderful years as a winery! Join us on September 21st for a special All You Can Taste Anniversary event featuring an array of delicious snacks and desserts. For just $40, enjoy unlimited tastings, live music and a festive raffle all set against the scenic backdrop of The Vineyard. Come celebrate this milestone with good food, great company and unforgettable memories!

Please note that outdoor experiences are weather dependent and subject to availability. Seating is not guaranteed as some tasting areas are standing bars.
