2012 Buona Notte Cabernet Franc Icewine

First, we take premium Cabernet Franc grapes and freeze them naturally on the vine. Secondly, we take those frozen grapes and mature their delicious wine in a single French oak barrel for 18 months. Finally, you get to savour a decadent dessert wine of power and class, with spiced red fruits dancing forever. Only 1 barrel was produced of this rare barrel aged Icewine. Serve with chocolate cherry cheesecake for the ultimate dessert pairing.
