A beautiful Niagara Syrah aged in 87% French oak & 13% American Oak barrel for 12 months. Medium bodied with balanced tannins, this wine shows black raspberry jam, black pepper, green peppercorn & plum flavours. Grapes were grown from a local trusted grower Derek Muste in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Pair this wine with roasted lamb with rosemary and garlic or peppercorn ribeye.
