Barrel 81 is our premium red blend. With 60% Merlot, 25% Syrah & 15% Malbec this wine is layered with flavours of sweet cigar box, black cherry and truffle. Barrel 81 was aged for 2 year in American and French oak to give a delicate oak texture and balance. Great with flank steak in a mushroom cream sauce for a hearty pairing.
